How do you incorporate the passion of the fans into a shirt? 'Blue Moon' was Umbro's answer to this. The unique design celebrates the special relationship between Manchester City supporters and players. The new home shirt features a special sound-wave graphic subtly embedded on the chest, which is based on a recording of the club's fans singing their anthem 'Blue Moon' – clever right?

Tailored by Umbro, the new 11/12 Manchester City home shirt has been designed to meet the demands of players and fans alike. The new design features a classic v-neck collar, with a checker-board flat knit rib collar stand. On the main body of the shirt, white stretch panels feature on the underarm, sides and shoulders to offer increased movement and breathability.
