The lightweight nature of the soccer equipment adiZero soccer shoes has led to them being an instant hit with pro's, but perhaps more than the synthetics, it has been the the leather versions that have seen a huge player uptake. The new Electricity/Purple colourway is sure to once again be met with an overwhelmingly mixed response, so we'd love to hear your opinions on the latest adiZero colourway but first check out our full imagery!



Sitting alongside the new adiZero Prime and and adiZero synthetic, the new Electricity adiZero leather boots complete the range of adidas' latest speed colour-way. It'll be interesting to see if they have as popular a player uptake as their fellow adidas boot the Predator Electricity, although where the Pred had a slightly retro feel, there's definitely nothing nostalgic about this new adiZero which screams attention!



Unlike the Electricity/Purple F50 adiZero Prime, the leather F50 adiZero features a more predominantly electricity upper without the purple TPU bottom frame featuring on the boot. However, the purple does still continue to run through the front graphic, continuing it's way up the boots tongue and heel.


With a countless list of pro's choosing to wear leather over synthetic, adidas continue to acknowledge the demand for leather speed boots. Besides Lionel Messi, other pro's that wear leather adiZero's include Arjen Robben, Emmanuel Adebayor, David Villa, David Silva and Karim Benzema. The new leather adiZero football boots have become a potent weapon for today's speed merchants who prefer a traditional upper.
